Although able to sell nationally, his focus remains on the Small Group Business and Individual Markets in California. He, or his companies, have been awarded "Top Broker" across the nation for many carriers including Aetna, Blue Shield, UHC, PacifiCare & Anthem Blue Cross.

Britta's family and extended family have a long history in the group health insurance industry, dating back to the 1980s. Rooted in her father's firm in 2003, they established their own family agency in 2007. She handles the administration, compliance and daily operations of the company.
